Badrinath Temple

Located in the town of Badrinath in Chamoli district, the Badrinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is one of the Char Dham and Chota Char Dham pilgrimage sites. The temple's origins are believed to date back to the Vedic period, with its current structure established by Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th century CE. The temple's black stone idol of Lord Badrinarayan is considered one of the eight self-manifested statues of Vishnu.

Kedarnath Temple

Kedarnath Temple

Situated near the Mandakini River in the Garhwal Himalayan range, the Kedarnath Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. The temple's exact date of construction is unclear, but it is believed to have been built by the Pandavas from the Mahabharata. Gangotri Temple
